Don’t Be a Human Raisin, Stay Hydrated is a short PSA video designed to turn a simple health message into a memorable visual story. Created with Adobe Premiere Pro, this project uses purposeful editing, sound, pacing and visual contrast to show how small daily choices can affect energy, focus and wellbeing.

Instead of simply telling viewers to drink water, the video uses humour, relatable imagery and a clear message to make hydration feel immediate and important. Each scene is crafted to guide attention, build awareness and encourage viewers to take action.

Think less “drink more water because you should” and more “save yourself from raisin mode.”
