Creating Clearer Learning Paths: The Digital Story Relaunch is a redesigned distance learning course built in Canvas, transforming a previously complex journey into a streamlined, learner-friendly experience. The redesign introduces a clear “Start Here” pathway that orients learners, sets expectations, and ensures they are fully prepared before beginning their creative work.

Learners move through a guided sequence of short, purposeful tasks designed to support story planning, narrative structure, and creative expression. Each step is intentionally scaffolded to reduce overwhelm, build confidence, and promote independent learning. Interactive elements and multimedia tools are integrated to make the experience engaging, practical, and relevant for young digital creators.
